Queue

A Queue is a line or waiting list of customers or calls waiting to be serviced by agents. Agents will be assigned an inbound Queue to monitor so that if any calls come in, they will be able to handle the call. They can be in mutiple Queues at once so could be dealing with different requests at 1 time.
