SSO (Single Sign On)
SSO (Single Sign-On) is a system that enables users to access multiple applications or systems with a single set of credentials. Its usually linked to their email provider (For example - Microsoft), where an agent would log in with their Office 365 credentials instead of a generic username and password. This adds another level of security to the platform.
